Homemade Blueberry Sauce

If you were here for my Breakfast Tacos post, you know that February is National Hot Breakfast Month so I’ve been having lots of yummy dinners, including nice crispy waffles! If you don’t have a waffle iron, you can use your George Forman grill and get some nice and quick. Nothing beats a nice warm fruit sauce and this Homemade Blueberry Sauce is just the thing to make your waffles or pancakes taste even better! Egg in a Hole Bagel

Ever since I first saw an egg in a hole I knew I wanted to try it and I’m so happy that I did because I love them! It took some experimentation, but I found that the Egg in a Hole Bagel is the way to go. I love using bagels because I find it gives more to soak up the egg yolk with. I use plain bagels but you can use any kind that you like, this can work with an onion bagel to an everything bagel!
